(Jassim Zinni is a contemporary artist born in Doha in 1942. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the Academy of Fine Arts in Baghdad in 1968. He participated in several local and international exhibitions. He has been the first elected president of the National Association of Fine Arts at its inception in 1981, and received the State Incentive Award in 2006 in the field of Fine Arts).
